Meet the Doctors
Dr. Jesse D. Fast
Dr. Fast enjoys all different areas of dentistry, and this is why he chose general dentistry. This Huron dentist is a lifelong learner and places a high priority on continuing education. He attends many educational seminars a year to gain more knowledge and skills to better serve and treat his patients. In June 2015, Dr. Fast received his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, which requires three years of membership, a minimum of 500 approved CE credits, pass a comprehensive written exam, apply for the award, and attend an AGD convention ceremony. Then, in July 2023 Dr. Fast attained Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, which is the highest honor available in the AGD. To attain Mastership, AGD Fellows mush earn an additional 600 approved hours of continuing education credits meeting the minimum requirements in each of the 16 dental disciplines. In addition, 400 hours of the required credits mush be from participation courses, where skills are learned through hands-on training. In AGD’s 70-year history, 18265 members have earned Fellowship while only 3767 have received Mastership. Also, to demonstrate the significance of this award, only 6% of dentists have earned AGD Fellowship and 4% have earned Mastership. The awards earned demonstrate Dr. Fast’s long-term commitment to go above and beyond continuing education requirements to provide his patients with the most up-to-date treatment options and superior patient care!

PERSONAL LIFE
When Dr. Fast is not at our Huron dental office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kara, their two boys, Noah and Isaac, and daughter, Lydia. His other interests are coaching his kids in basketball and soccer, hunting, his family farm, being active in his church, and James Valley Christian School. He is very thankful for being able to practice dentistry in the wonderful Huron community.
Dr. Bruce D. Wintle
During his years of service in the U.S. Army, Dr. Wintle attained the rank of full colonel and retired with 20 years of service.

Awards & Recognitions
Dr. Wintle has served as a delegate for the South Dakota Dental Association and was President of the South Dakota Academy of General Dentistry. He is the recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from both the Huron Area Center for Independence and the South Dakota Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Wintle has also won Employer of the Year in Huron, the Annual Mayor’s Award of Excellence, and the South Dakota “Great Smiles” Award.
Personal Life
When Dr. Wintle is not at the Huron dental office, he enjoys spending his time on the family farm. His interest in farming and his passion for helping his community have kept him active in 4-H events since he was a young man. Dr. Wintle is married to his wife, Susan, and is the proud father of his two children, Clark and Carrie. Bruce enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining an active lifestyle with them.
Dr. Gage Fenski
Dr. Fenski graduated from Mitchell High School and then earned his Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from South Dakota State University. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry in May 2025. Dr. Fenski is a member of the South Dakota Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Fenski enjoys golfing, spending time with his fiancé, friends and family and helping his uncle and cousin on the farm.
With deep commitment to serving others, Dr. Fenski will ensure you feel heard, respected, and well cared for. He strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable and confident in the care they receive.
